LUPILLO RIVERA SIGNS CONTRACT WITH
POCOS PERO LOCOS’ RADIO SYNDICATE

Los Angeles, CA-Radio Syndicate, the company that brought you Pocos Pero Locos, and Subelo is changing the face of Latin Radio once more by signing Regional Mexican Superstar Lupillo Rivera to host a syndicated radio show.  This is the first time Lupillo Rivera will venture into the radio world hosting his own radio show.

The show, titled “De Farra con Lupillo Rivera”, will be a 2-hour weekly show where Lupillo will be hosting from a local cantina alongside special celebrity guests to present the best music of the Regional Mexican genre.  “We’re thrilled to have Lupillo as part of the family.  He makes a perfect addition to Radio Syndicate which is a company based on passion and love for the people” says Khool Aid, the host of Pocos Pero Locos.  E-Dub, the show’s producer, is also “enthused about our partnership with Lupillo.  Radio Syndicate, along with Lupillo, look forward to providing Regional Mexican Stations with more ground-breaking programming!”

Although hosting is a new facet for Lupillo, he’s very excited to bring a show “for the people and for the ‘raza’”.  He chose Pocos Pero Locos’ Radio Syndicate because “they’re people that are easy to talk to and be with and I felt that we could form a great team by working together”.

“De Farra con Lupillo Rivera” will start airing in November 2006.

UNITED STATIONS TO HANDLE NATIONAL AD SALES
FOR TWO POPULAR LATIN PROGRAMS
New York, NY – July 20, 2005 — United Stations Radio Networks, Inc., (USRN), an independent leader in the creation and marketing of network radio programming, announced that it has signed an agreement to sell national network commercial time for two popular Latin format programs, Pocos Pero Locos and Subelo! Reggaeton Radio. Radio Syndicate, the Los Angeles-based company that produces the two programs, will continue to provide affiliate relations for the shows. United Stations EVP/General Manager Jim Higgins made the announcement today from the company’s New York headquarters.

Pocos Pero Locos is hosted by radio personalities Khool Aid and Edward ”E-Dub” Rios. The three-hour weekly program, which airs on nearly 40 stations nationally features artists like Lil Rob, Spanish Fly, NB Ridaz and Chingo Bling. Aside from hosting Pocos Pero Locos, Khool Aid can be heard during middays on Power 106 (KPWR), the top-rated rhythmic radio station in Los Angeles. The program’s other host, E-Dub, is a well-known record producer and DJ who became involved in music production in his early teen years.

Subelo! Reggaeton Radio is a weekly two-hour show hosted by DJ Kazzanova and is the country’s first nationally syndicated Reggaeton radio program. Featuring artists like Tego Calderon, Daddy Yankee, Ivy Queen, Don Omar and Voltio the music on Subelo! is primarily in Spanish and the show is hosted in English. DJ Kazzanova started “El Reggaeton de New York Show,” what has now evolved into New York’s first and only 24-hour Reggaeton radio station, La Kalle 105.9 (WCAA).

“Radio Syndicate is thrilled about our partnership with United Stations,” E-Dub explained. “This new relationship will help Radio Syndicate focus on developing new programs.”

“United Stations has already committed to Spanish format stations with our Customized Spanish Comedy and Launch en Español Prep offerings, as well as two long form programs we produce, El Pique and The Red Zone,” noted USRN’s Higgins. “Our association with Radio Syndicate and E-Dub provides USRN with two additional weekly programs already cleared on highly rated stations in top markets, and is a great fit with our plan to offer advertisers a standalone USRN Spanish Network. This association gives us a much bigger footprint in a radio format and demographic trend that is en fuego!”

Radio Syndicate, Inc. is the country’s first radio syndication company devoted to providing programs that target the 12-34 Hispanic demographic. The company was founded by Edward “E-Dub” Rios, and is based in Los Angeles.

United Stations Radio Networks, Inc. is the nation’s largest independently owned and operated radio network. The company maintains sales offices in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Dallas and services programming to over 4000 rated radio stations across the country. The New York-based company was founded in 1994 by radio pioneers Dick Clark and Nick Verbitsky.
